Tie necklace that hangs beautifully! The necklace is made from 1920s French Puy-en-Velay bobbin lace. At that time, this lace was used for folkdresses. We sewed it together to form a tie. It is dipped in sterling silver or in 24k gold. As seen on Tara Lipinski at the 2014 Olympics.
